Students and children

  • We collect student information only as needed for enrollment and learning.
  • For students under 13, a parent or guardian provides or approves the information we receive.
  • Parents and guardians can ask to review or delete their child's information by emailing us at africaepicentermicroschool@gmail.com.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our school and website, or when required by law. Enrollment, student accounts, and payments are handled through TeachClub, the platform that hosts our website. TeachClub has its own privacy policy, which applies to information you share on its platform. Payment card details are processed by the platform's payment provider and are not stored by our school.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website, email, or messaging system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details by email or text message.
