Here for You, LLC is a Petersburg-based behavioral health agency providing integrated care and supportive housing that fosters stability, dignity, and long-term recovery for Veterans, justice-involved adults, and individuals under civil commitment or conditional release.
Our ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is for adults living with a substance use disorder who need more support than weekly counseling, but do not need a hospital bed. You spend weekday mornings and early afternoons in treatment with us, then return home to practice what you learn in real life.

What is PHP?
Intensive care, without an overnight stay
Partial hospitalization is a highly structured level of outpatient treatment. It offers many of the same services as inpatient care, delivered on weekdays, so you can keep your connection to home, family, and community.
Program Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM: about 20 hours of structured treatment each week. Length of stay is based on individual needs.
Therapies
Individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, coping and life skills, peer recovery support, and family involvement when you want it.
Medication Management
Medical review of your medications, support for withdrawal and cravings, and medication management as part of your treatment plan.
Care Coordination
We connect you with housing, ReEntry, peer support, primary care, and telehealth through Virtual Clinix, and plan your next step before you finish.

Questions we hear often
Who is the PHP for?
Adults (18 and older) with a substance use disorder who need structured daily treatment but are medically stable enough to live at home or in supportive housing.
How is PHP different from inpatient or intensive outpatient?
Inpatient care includes an overnight stay. Intensive outpatient (IOP) meets a few hours a few days per week. PHP sits between them: four hours of treatment every weekday, with the rest of the day at home.
What are the program hours?
