These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Here for You, LLC (“Here for You,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Here for You, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Conversational SMS with our staff
  • Follow-up messages
  • Responses to inquiries
  • Appointment reminders

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Here for You, LLC in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation with a member of our staff by phone or in person
  • By checking the SMS consent box on our intake or contact forms

After you opt in, you will receive the following confirmation message:

Here for You, LLC: You are now subscribed to appointment and service messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You may also contact us directly at 804-609-0713 or hereforyoullcservices@gmail.com to request removal from our messaging list.

After you opt out, you will receive the following confirmation message:

Here for You, LLC: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

7. Help

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP,” or get help directly from us by calling 804-609-0713 or emailing hereforyoullcservices@gmail.com.

When you reply HELP, you will receive the following message:

Additional Options

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.
